Oma`opio Ridge, upcountry Maui's exciting new estate community, is a collection of five- to eight-acre parcels. Most of the home-sites have stunning ocean views, and some are enhanced by mountain views and dramatic, picturesque ravines. All of the lots in Phase I have been sold, and the infrastructure for Phase II is almost complete.

Phase II consists of ten lots, each more than 5 acres, served by underground utilities and Oma'opio Ridge's own water system. The locations of the driveways and the homes have been carefully chosen to maximize the topographic features of the lots, the views, and the spacing between homes. The exact placement of buildings and driveways is not firmly fixed, however, so lot owners will have some flexibility.

For now, our intention is to offer for sale only the lower five lots of Phase II: Lots A, G, H, I, and J. As final decisions are being made regarding the placement of homes on these lots, the remaining lots will be put on the market. At that point buyers of the upper lots will be able to refine the design and placement of their own homes. In some cases, upper lots may be available prior to final decisions about the location of homes on the lower lots.

The goal for Phase II of Omaopio Ridge remains the same: to create a gated community in an ideal climate, with a first-class infrastructure, spacious lots, spectacular vistas, and a set of protective covenants that encourage owners' autonomy while safeguarding their views and investments.

There is nothing like Oma`opio Ridge anywhere else on Maui.
