1.  Monthly assessments are due on the first of the month; there is a late administrative fee if assessment is received after the fifteenth of the month.

2.  Owners must submit complete plans for improvements to the Design Control Committee, with payment to reimburse expenses incurred by the DCC.

3.  This paragraph describes procedures for noncompliance with above requirements.
