Ōma'opio Ridge Phase II Lots
The County of Maui has now granted full and final approval for the entire Phase II project. Every part of the infrastructure is complete - the water system, the road, the electrical system, and so forth - has been inspected and approved by County inspectors and engineers.
An extension of Ikena Kai Place, now paved, has been constructed up the mountain to a new turnaround, and lines demarcating the boundaries between the new lots have been established. Prospective buyers now have the opportunity to see the new lots.

The suggested home sites (shown on the map approximately) have been determined so as to maximize the views while ensuring that future construction will interfere as little as possible with views from existing or future homes. In some cases the height of a building might be restricted so that it will not detract from the views from lots above. The driveway routes are shown fairly accurately on the map, although there may be more leeway for owners of lots C and D to locate their driveways where they want. |
