Lot F -- 148 Ikena Kai Place, Kula, HI 96790

Status:

This lot has been approved by the County, and is now available for sale. The price of Lot F is $815,000.

Description:

A gently sloped drive approaches a virtually level home site nestled against Pohakuokala Gulch with bicoastal views. The lot would be ideal for a 2-story home.

The developers have been planning to reserve this lot, if it's still available, for building their own home, but they will consider offers until then.

Lush vegetation grows at the bottom of Pohakuokala Gulch, looking toward the northwest. The boundary of Lot F runs along the bottom of the gulch. Lot F rises steeply from here, to the right. The large spiky plant is an Agave, and the plants in the shadows at the right are Panini cactus.
