Lot J

Status:
This lot is now available for sale.  We have established an easement on a small portion in the southern part of the lot that we plan to use for a solar panel array to power the well pump.  (That part of Lot J slopes in exactly the right direction for the photovoltaic panels to be most effective.)  Included in the easement is space for a 16-foot wide accessway that runs along the border between Lot J and Lot 8, to be used for occasional access to the panels for maintenance.  The solar panels would not be visible from the house site, and in any case it will be a few years before we install them, if we ever do. 

Nonetheless, because the easement does affect the property, we are offering a special 2-for-1.5 deal for Lot J:  a purchaser of any other lot in Phase II can get Lot J for half-price.  This offer can be withdrawn without notice.  Please contact Phil Christopher for details.
