Prices of Omaopio Ridge Lots

We have now received final bonded County approval for Phase II. An extension of Ikena Kai Place, now paved, has been constructed up the mountain to a new cul-de-sac, and lines demarcating the boundaries between the new lots have been established. Prospective buyers now have the opportunity to see the new lots.

Currently, only the lower five lots (A, G, H, I, and J) are available for purchase. Other lots will be on the market as decisions are made about the location of homes on the lower lots, although in some cases upper lots may be available prior to final decisions about the location of homes on the lower lots.

Please note that no lot owner may build a home on his or her lot until the County has granted final approval of the whole project. That will happen when every part of the infrastructure is complete and has been inspected -- the water system, the road, the electrical system, and so forth. We have submitted funds to the County that will be sufficient to complete the infrastructure regardless of any unexpected difficulty, and so the County has granted its final approval to sell lots. We hope, but cannot guarantee, that the infrastructure will be completed in the fall of 2008; in the meantime lot owners can start the process of designing their home.
