Prices of Omaopio Ridge Lots
The County of Maui has now granted full and final approval for the entire Phase II project. Every part of the infrastructure is complete – the water system, the road, the electrical system, and so forth – has been inspected and approved by County inspectors and engineers.
An extension of Ikena Kai Place, now paved, has been constructed up the mountain to a new cul-de-sac, and lines demarcating the boundaries between the new lots have been established. Prospective buyers now have the opportunity to see the new lots.
To kick off the sales of lots, we have established an EARLY BIRD SPECIAL program. The first two buyers of lots will receive a discount of $200,000 from the prices below. Once the first two lots are sold, this offer will be withdrawn.
