Prices of Omaopio Ridge Lots
The County of Maui has now granted full and final approval for the entire Phase II project. Every part of the infrastructure is complete – the water system, the road, the electrical system, and so forth – has been inspected and approved by County inspectors and engineers.
An extension of Ikena Kai Place, now paved, has been constructed up the mountain to a new cul-de-sac, and lines demarcating the boundaries between the new lots have been established. Prospective buyers now have the opportunity to see the new lots.
Currently, only the lower five lots (A, G, H, I, and J) are available for purchase. Other lots will be on the market as decisions are made about the location of homes on the lower lots, although in some cases upper lots may be available prior to final decisions about the location of homes on the lower lots.
